Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the recteq to 425ºF.
- Step 2: Roll or stretch out pizza dough into a rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
- Step 3: Using a knife or pizza wheel, cut the dough in 3 inch wide strips.
- Step 4: Top each slice with a few tablespoons of pizza sauce, then layer a small amount of pepperoni, sausage, and fresh shredded mozzarella.
- Step 5: Sprinkle Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub and parmesan on top.
- Step 6: Roll dough into pinwheel shape and add to a large muffin cup.
- Step 7: Allow the dough to proof/rest for about 15 minutes before adding to the preheated recteq.
