Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

Who needs an oven when you can cook just about anything on your recteq? Here we have a fan favorite - mouthwatering Molten Chocolate Lava Cake.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 400°F.
- Step 2: Using the butter wrappers, rub the inside of the ramekins. Then, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon sugar into each ramekin. Roll the sugar around to evenly coat the sides of the ramekins.
- Step 3: Add the chopped chocolate to a stainless bowl. Put on the recteq for 3-4 minutes until the chocolate is melted.
- Step 4: Whisk the remaining ingredients into the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
- Step 5: Fill each ramekin 2/3rds full. Bake on the recteq for 15-20 minutes until the cake has risen and the top is firm.
