Whole Grilled Red Snapper

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 425°F.
- Step 2: Trim fish to remove gills, fins, and scales.
- Step 3: Cut open fish cavity to add lemons and herbs.
- Step 4: Cut three slits across skin and flesh of the fish to cook evenly.
- Step 5: Season with Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub and olive oil.
- Step 6: Cook the fish at 425°F for 8-10 minutes. (This will be longer if the fish is larger in size)
