- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 325°F.
- Step 2: Trim excess fat off the turkey breast and pull the skin back away from the breast. Season the breast with the olive oil, Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub, and fresh herbs. Pull skin back over the top and season the top as well.
