No need for a brine with this low n' slow smoked turkey breast. Seasoned generously, this easy recipe makes you look like a full-blown chef (we promise not to say a word).

Turkey Breast

  • 1 each (5 pound) Turkey Breast
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Kosher Salt
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 8 tablespoon(s) Butter

Tools Needed

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 275°F.
  • Step 2: Season the turkey breast liberally with salt and pepper and place on the grill.
  • Step 3: When the internal temp of the turkey is around 130°F, remove the turkey breast from the grill.
  • Step 4: Slice the butter into pieces and place on a sheet of aluminum foil, lay the breast skin side down on the butter. Wrap tightly and add back to the recteq. Continue cooking until the breast is 165°F.
  • Step 5: Allow the turkey to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
