Smoked Turkey Breast

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 275°F.
- Step 2: Season the turkey breast liberally with salt and pepper and place on the grill.
- Step 3: When the internal temp of the turkey is around 130°F, remove the turkey breast from the grill.
- Step 4: Slice the butter into pieces and place on a sheet of aluminum foil, lay the breast skin side down on the butter. Wrap tightly and add back to the recteq. Continue cooking until the breast is 165°F.
- Step 5: Allow the turkey to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
