Recently bought a recteq pellet smoker and couldn’t be happier! I had a slight blemish on my lid, Recteq customer service was amazing! Sent me a new lid! Great experience! Great product!

All of the problems that people were reporting on the Facebook group seem to result from not cleaning the smoker or pellets that have gotten damp. My husband didn’t keep the pellets in the garage, so I purchased the storage container, and haven’t had a problem.
