These are fun to have out. We use them on a daily basis but purchased mostly for entertaining. The amount of salt/pepper they hold is an extremely small amount. Once you start using them the grinder loosens up and it’s very easy to get the amount you’d like

Very nice to have. Don’t necessarily have to have salt and pepper in these you can use it for your favorite spices or rubs makes for easy coverage.
