BBQ Smoked Meatballs

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your recteq to 250°F.
- Step 2: Mix all of the meatball ingredients together.
- Step 3: Use ice cream scooper to form meatballs.
- Step 4: Place meatballs on a large baking sheet in a single layer.
- Step 5: Cook for 1-1.5 hours or until internal meatball temperature reaches 160°F.
- Step 6: While meatballs are cooking, slowly heat BBQ sauce ingredients on stovetop until all ingredients are combined.
- Step 7: Once meatballs have reached 160°F, remove from recteq, pour off any excess liquid, cover meatballs in BBQ sauce mixture, and return to recteq for an additional 30 minutes at 350°F.

- 9 ounce(s) Chili Sauce
