A delicious veggie side with all the recteq flavor you love, this Sautéed Zucchini, Squash, and Onions will be your new go-to.

  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Butter
  • 1 cup(s) Squash, sliced
  • 1 cup(s) Zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) White Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub
  • 4 ounce(s) Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • Step 1: Preheat the recteq to 400° with a large cast iron skillet.
  • Step 2: Add oil and butter to the cast iron skillet. Once butter is melted add squash, zucchini, and onions to the cast iron pan. Stir the vegetables every few minute until the onion is translucent (about 5-8 minutes).
  • Step 3: Add garlic paste, Colden's Freakin' Greek, Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub, and diced tomatoes to the pan. Let simmer for 20 minutes until squash and zucchini are soft.
  • Step 4: Remove from the recteq and serve immediately.
