Smoky and savory, these Sausage & Apple Balls will make the perfect holiday starter!
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your recteq to 400°F.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl add: biscuit mix, sausage, and cheese. Mix well with a gloved hand.
- Step 3: Add apple, Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub, and milk. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Step 4: Scoop out balls of sausage mix unto the recteq Mesh Cooking Mat. Place balls into recteq and cook for 18-25 minutes until it reaches internal temp of 160°F.
- Step 5: Remove from recteq and place in serving dish, top with maple syrup and enjoy.
