Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to LO (about 180°F).
- Step 2: Using a knife, score the top of the cream cheese in a diamond pattern.
- Step 3: Place the block of cream cheese on a Mesh Cooking Mat.
- Step 4: Season the top with Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub & Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub (or Papa Doolittle's Off The Rocker Rub).
- Step 5: Place the Mesh Cooking Mat with the cheese, on the recteq and cook for about 2 hours until the cream cheese is nicely smoked.
