Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 325°F and let come up to temp. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except shells, bacon, and recteq gourmet BBQ sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Step 2: Stuff uncooked shells gently with brisket mixture, making sure there are no air pockets in shells. Wrap bacon around shell, covering both ends. You might need two pieces of bacon.
- Step 3: Brush all side of bacon with recteq BBQ sauce and place shells on Mesh Cooking Mat. Place Mesh Cooking Mat inside recteq and bake for 50-60 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Remove from recteq and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
