Instructions
- Step 1: Slice the beef about 1/4 inch thick, set aside until the marinade is ready.
- Step 2: Combine all ingredients for the marinade and mix well.
- Step 3: Add the beef into the marinade, then to the fridge and allow to marinate 24 hours.
- Step 4: Preheat recteq to 'LO'.
- Step 5: Arrange the slices on the Mesh Cooking Mat and allow to dehydrate for 5-6 hours until the jerky breaks when bent.
- Step 6: Allow to cool and store in an air-tight container in the fridge, enjoy!
