Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the Apple pellets, preheat recteq to 375˚F with the recteq 6.8 Quart Dutch Oven inside.
- Step 2: Brown ground beef with 1 tablespoon Cowboy's Choice Rub and drain off excess oil.
- Step 3: To Dutch Oven, add corn, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, 1 tablespoon Cowboy's Choice Rub, and bacon and mix well.
- Step 4: In a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish, layer in 1/2 mixture, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 Mixture, 1/2 cup cheese and top with tater tots evenly.
- Step 5: Cook for 45 minutes, then remove and sprinkle the last of the cheese on top and return to recteq for 5-10 minutes. Remove and let rest 5-10 minutes and garnish with green onions.
