Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your SmokeStone to MED HI(400°F).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl add: beef, Ben's Heffer Dust, Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub, garlic, and Worcestershire. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Step 3: Patty ground beef mixture into four 1/4 pound burger patties. Add olive oil to SmokeStone and place burger on griddle.
- Step 4: Cook burgers for 6 minutes a side, then flip. Top with cheese; while cheese is melting place doughnuts on SmokeStone and brown on one side then remove.
- Step 5: Place two cheesed burger patties on top on one doughnut, then top with second doughnut.
