The Quad Smash Burger

Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your SmokeStone to 400°F.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl add: ground beef, Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub, Ben's Heffer Dust, Worcestershire, and garlic paste. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Step 3: Patty ground beef mixture into 1/4 pound balls. Slice onions into rounds and place on SmokeStone; once you flip onions add ground beef.
- Step 4: Place balls on SmokeStone and smash flat with recteq Cast Iron Grill Press. Cook for 8-10 minutes a side, then place cheese on top of burgers.
- Step 5: Once cheese has melted, start to build your burger. Place bun down, then burger with cheese, then onion, and repeat 3 more times. On the top burger that doesn't have cheese on it place the pickles and then top it with bun.
