This dessert is proof that delicious results don't have to take all day. You just need a recteq and a handful ingredients for these sweet Cookies & Cream Bites!
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350°F, line muffin tin with 16 cupcake liners. Place Oreo cookie in each liner and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth and all ingredients are well combined. Add 1/2 of Oreo crumbles to batter and fold in with spatula.
- Step 3: Using a soup spoon, add batter evenly on top of Oreo cookies, filling cupcake liners halfway full with batter. Sprinkle remaining oreo crumble on top of batter.
- Step 4: Place muffin tin inside recteq and bake for 15 minutes or until the middle of cakes are set. Remove from recteq and allow to rest for 30 -45 minutes. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes. Remove and serve.
