Grilled Peach Cobbler

Our Grilled Peach Cobbler takes this seasonal dessert to the next level with sweet tender peaches and a smoke-kissed crumbled topping!
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Cherry Pellets, set your recteq to 400°F.
- Step 2: Cut fresh peaches in half and place them cut side down on grate, grill for 8 minutes a side. Remove and place in large mixing bowl.
- Step 3: Remove peach skin and slice peaches in same size pieces. Add vanilla, brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon to bowel. Mix well with grilled peaches.
- Step 4: Add peaches to a 9 by 13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Step 5: Add flour, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla and cold butter to stand mixer and mix well, until butter is well incorporated into flour. Sprinkle flour mixture on top of peaches and place baking dish into recteq.
- Step 6: Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown, remove and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
