Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie

Serve this Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie after a holiday meal for a spectacular recteq finish. Don't forget to brew a pot of coffee!
Instructions
- Step 1: In a 9 inch pie pan, add the pie crust, using your fingers to flute the edges along the top of the pan.
- Step 2: Preheat recteq to 350°F with a heatproof saucepan inside.
- Step 3: In the saucepan, combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4: Remove the liquid and add to a medium sized mixing bowl. Allow it to cool slightly.
- Step 5: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Step 6: Slowly whisk the maple syrup mixture into the beaten eggs, then add in the chopped pecans and bacon.
- Step 7: Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until the filling is set.
- Step 8: Allow the pie to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
