Your favorite two desserts come together in perfect recteq harmony! These "brookies" will be a huge hit.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350°.
- Step 2: Spray a 9 x 13 inch half Steamer Pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water, mix until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
- Step 4: Pour the brownie mix into the prepared foil pan, then break up the cookie dough into small pieces and drop into the brownie pan.
- Step 5: Bake on the recteq for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow the "brookies" to rest at least 20 minutes before slicing.
