This dessert will truly bring out the kid in you! Chef Ryan Scott, Top Chef Alumnus and TV cooking personality has a sweet treat perfect for your recteq. Try this Smoked S'mores Nachos and you won't be disappointed!
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 250ºF.
- Step 2: Break graham crackers into small rectangular pieces. Layer bottom of a cast iron dish or smoker-safe baking dish.
- Step 3: Layer chocolate evenly on top of graham crackers and top with marshmallows.
- Step 4: Cook for 10 minutes or until marshmallows become soft and chocolate is melted.
- Step 5: Suggestion: pop under broiler or torch the top of the marshmallows for extra crunch and a toasty char.
- Step 6: Add additional garnishes as desired.
