Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 400ºF with a cast iron pan.
- Step 2: Cook the chorizo for 5-6 minutes (drain excess grease if needed).
- Step 3: Add the onions and peppers and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Step 4: Turn the heat down to 250ºF.
- Step 5: Add the Rotel®, Velveeta®, cream cheese, and Ray's Loco Gringo Rub.
- Step 6: Cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally .
