Smoked Chicken Green Chili DIp

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 250°.
- Step 2: Season the chicken with the Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub and place in the recteq. Smoke until it reaches an internal temperature of 165° (about 60-75 minutes depending how thick the chicken breasts are).
- Step 3: While the chicken cooks, combine the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Step 4: Once the chicken is cooked, allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes, chop well, and add to the cheese mixture.
- Step 5: Add to a greased 13x9 baking dish and cook at 350° until hot and bubbly (about 25-30 minutes).
