Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
- Step 1: Set recteq to 375°F.
- Step 2: Unpack and trim the pork tenderloin as desired.
- Step 3: Rub the tenderloin with Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub.
- Step 4: Place bacon so that the slices wrap around the tenderloin with just a little overlap so that the bacon can render.
- Step 5: Use toothpicks to hold the bacon wraps in place.
- Step 6: Place on your recteq and cook until the internal temp is 145°F. (160°F is well done.)
- Step 7: Pull the meat off, tent with foil, and let it rest for 15-30 minutes.
- Step 8: Slice about 1/2 in thick.
