Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 375ºF, burning the recteq Cherry pellets.
- Step 2: Prepare ribs by removing silver skin membrane from bone side and cutting ribs into individual bone-in pieces.
- Step 3: Season evenly with Rossarooski’s Honey Rib Rub and wrap 1-2 pieces of bacon around each rib. Season with Ron’s Screamin’ Pig Rub and place evenly on Mesh Cooking Mat.
- Step 4: Cook in recteq for 45 minutes. Brush ribs with Harry’s Secret Sweet Sauce and cook 15 additional minutes.
- Step 5: Remove from recteq and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
