Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 450ºF with cast iron Dutch oven inside.
- Step 2: Add olive oil to Dutch oven and season pork chops evenly with Ron’s Screamin' Pig Rub.
- Step 3: Sear chops on both sides until golden and cooked through; set aside. Melt butter in Dutch oven, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Step 4: Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in honey, stock, and vinegar and continue to cook until the sauce reduces and thickens slightly, stirring occasionally.
