Peach & Praline Stuffed Pork Chops

Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chopped peach, pecans, onion, 1 teaspoon of Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub, melted butter and chicken stock.
- Step 2: On a cutting board, butterfly the pork chops, being careful not to cut all the way thru the pork. Stuff with 3-4 oz of the stuffing mix.
- Step 3: Season the stuffed pork chops with the first listed Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub.
- Step 4: Preheat recteq to 325°F and grill the pork chops for about 30 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temp of 140°F.
- Step 5: Allow the pork chops to rest 5-8 minutes before serving.

- 2 ounce(s) Praline Pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) Vidalia Onion, diced fine
- 1 ounce(s) Butter, melted
- 6 ounce(s) Chicken Stock
