Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 325ºF.
- Step 2: Rub ham with mustard binder and season evenly with Rossarooski’s Honey Rib Rub.
- Step 3: Place wire rack in ½ pan. Put seasoned ham shank side up on rack and add to recteq.
- Step 4: Cook 1.5 hours, then baste with your favorite glaze.
- Step 5: Baste every 10 minutes for 30 minutes and remove from recteq.
- Step 6: Allow to rest 10 minutes and serve.
- Step 7: (Sauce in pan and remaining glaze can be served as a dipping sauce)
