Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 325°F.
- Step 2: In a shaker bottle combine the recteq Poulty Injection with water, mix well. Using a recteq Meat Injector, inject the breast until the turkey no longer will hold the injection.
- Step 3: Season the turkey breast with the olive oil and Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub.
- Step 4: Add the seasoned turkey breast to the recteq and cook for 60-70 minutes until the breast meat is 165℉ internal temperature. Allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
