Homemade Turkey Chorizo

Instructions
- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry spices with the ground turkey. Once all the seasoning has been absorbed by the turkey, add the white vinegar and mix well. Allow the mixture to marinate in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
- Step 2: Preheat the recteq to 425°F with a large cast iron skillet.
- Step 3: Add chorizo mixture and cook for 12-15 minutes until the turkey is cooked through to at least 165°F.
