Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the recteq to 375°F with a cast iron skillet inside.
- Step 2: Add the oil and mushrooms to the pan, cooking for 6-8 minutes until the mushrooms are golden brown.
- Step 3: Add the remaining vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
