Honey Ginger Cedar Plank Salmon

Instructions
- Step 1: Soak 4 cedar planks in luke warm water for 30 minutes.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the salmon.
- Step 3: Add the mixture to a zip-top bag with the salmon and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Step 4: Preheat the recteq to 250°F.
- Step 5: Add a salmon filet to each cedar plank and smoke for about 45 minutes until the fish is approximately 125°F internal temp. If you prefer the salmon well done, cook it to an internal temperature of 130°F-135°F.
- Step 6: Chef Tip: If you don't have any cedar planks, use a Mesh Cooking Mat.

- 2 ounce(s) Soy Sauce
- 1 ounce(s) Honey
- 1 tablespoon(s) Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub
- 1 each Green Onions, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon(s) Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) Fresh Garlic, grated
