Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Step 2: Add the sea bass and marinade to a zip-top bag and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, turning the bag ever so often to evenly distribute the marinade.
- Step 3: Preheat the recteq to 400ºF.
- Step 4: Add the sea bass to a Mesh Cooking Mat and cook for 16-18 minutes until fish is cooked through (approximately 130ºF internal temperature).
- Step 5: Allow the fish to rest for a few minutes prior to serving.
