Roasted Irish Salmon

Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all seasonings and liquids well in a small mixing bowl.
- Step 2: Pour the marinade over the salmon and allow to rest 2-4 hours in the fridge.
- Step 3: Preheat recteq to 425°F.
- Step 4: Place the side of salmon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Step 5: Cook for 20-25 minutes until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 130°F.
- Step 6: Allow fish to rest 5 minutes before cutting into portions.
