Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 425°F.
- Step 2: Prepare the Kung Pow sauce by mixing all ingredients well in a small bowl.
- Step 3: On a cutting board, cut brussels in half and place into a large mixing bowl. Add oil and Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub and toss until everything is well combined. Then place on the Mesh Cooking Mat and cook for 40-45 minutes.
- Step 4: Glaze the sprouts with the Kung Pow sauce and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
