Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the Cherry Wood Pellets, preheat SmokeStone to high heat.
- Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, combine elk, chopped bacon, and Ben’s Heffer Dust.
- Step 3: Form 4 equal patties. Spread out some clarified butter on the SmokeStone and place the burgers on.
- Step 4: Cook about 4-5 minutes a side or until 145˚F internal temperature is reached. Top with cheese and allow to melt.
- Step 5: Remove and let rest 5 minutes. Toast buns and top with your favorite burger condiments.
